"Media Award" 2010
The Media Award by the Swiss Academies, to a total amount of CHF 40’000, was awarded on 24 November 2010. The following individuals were honoured for having successfully transmitted scientific results to a wider public: Patrik Tschudin (Natural Sciences), Alexandre Lachavanne and Jean-Daniel Bohnenblust (Human and Social Sciences), Regula Zehnder and Irène Dietschi (Medicine), Sarah Dirren and Natalie Bougeard (Engineering Sciences).
